摘　　要：教师聘用机制系统化是现代远程教育人事制度的核心内容之一,也是现代远程教育体系的重要组成部分。本文通过分析现代远程教育的发展现状,从宏观和微观两个维度探讨现代远程教育教师聘用过程中的影响因素,以期为现代远程教育教师聘用机制的构建提供一定的理论借鉴。Teachers' employment system is a core element of human resource management in modern distance education,and also an important part of modern distance education system. Based on the current situation of modern distance education development,this paper studies the influencing factors in teacher employment process of modern distance education from the macroscopic and microscopic dimensions,and tries to provide a theoretical reference to teachers' employment system construction of modern distance education.
