摘  要:研究设计了ZnGeP_2多晶的合成装置,包括合成安瓿,合成炉结构与温场分布。利用自行设计的合成装置,采用两温区气相输运法进行ZnGeP_2多晶合成实验,并对合成的多晶材料进行XRD,EDS和密度测试。结果表明,合成产物为高纯、单相的ZnGeP_2多晶材料,设计的多晶合成装置和两温区气相输运合成工艺适合ZnGeP_2多晶的合成,为高质量ZnGeP_2多晶材料的获得奠定了基础。In this paper, the synthesis equipments of ZnGeP2 polycrystal were studied, including the ampoule, two zone synthesis furnace and its temperature field curve. With the help of these, the synthesis experiments have been done by the two zone vapor transporting method. The synthetic polycrystalline materials have been characterized by various methods, including XRD, EDS and density test. These results indicated that the starting materials is high-pure and single-phase polycrystal of ZnGeP2. So the synthesis equipment and method designed by us were suitable for the ZnGeP2 polycrystal synthesis, which have also established the fundament for obtaining high-quality ZnGeP2 polycrystal materials.
