摘 要:提出了一种LED芯片外贴的玻璃日光灯结构及其制造工艺。这种结构的特点是条形LED光源外贴于玻璃管表面,其上覆盖一层绝缘保护层。与传统的内贴玻璃日光灯管相比,外贴LED玻璃日光灯的制造更为简单,散热性能更好。所设计的外贴LED玻璃日光灯的外贴层材质为6061铝合金,厚度为0.5 mm,覆盖角度为120°。仿真与测试表明:T8/602 mm/10 W的外贴与内贴LED玻璃管日光灯相比,结温低25℃,最高结温仅为85℃。The structure and the manufacturing process of the posted outside glass LEDs fluorescent tube is proposed. The feature of this structure is that the strip LED light source is affixed to the outer surface of the glass tube. The strip LED light resource is covered with an insulating protective layer. Compared with the traditional glass LED fluorescent tube, the manufacturing process of the posted outside glass LED fluorescent tube is easier. The thermal property is better when the LED is posted on the outside of glass tube. Outer protective layer material is 6061 aluminum alloy, which of the thickness is 0.5 mm and the coverage angle is 120℃. Simulations and tests show that the maximum junction temperature is 85 ℃ when the diameter of glass tube is T8, the tube length is 602 mm and the power of the lamp is 10 W. And the maximum junction temperature of the posted inside glass LED fluorescent tube is higher than 110℃.
