摘 要:[目的/意义]实现知识交流是图书馆的基本使命,完善图书馆服务是促进知识交流的重要途径。鉴于此,从改善图书馆服务功能着手,探讨推进知识交流的有效方法。[方法/过程]尝试将图书馆的服务分为资源服务、参考咨询服务和空间服务三大类型,分析这3类服务所体现的知识交流方式,并结合当前图书馆服务发展现状,探讨进一步完善图书馆服务功能与推进知识交流的方案。[结果/结论]图书馆是纵向留存并继承人类自古迄今文化科学知识的场所,也是横向连接知识创造与知识利用的纽带,每个图书馆都应立足自身特点把当前所开展的各种服务做活、做实、做强,并在服务实践中总结经验,开发出更多促进知识交流的服务模式,真正发挥知识信息在人类社会进步和经济社会发展中的作用。[ Purpose/significance ] To realize knowledge exchange is the basic mission of the library and to improve the library service is an important approach to promote knowledge exchange. Therefore, this paper discusses the methods to promote the knowledge exchange by improving the library service function. [ Method/process ] library services are divid- ed into three types: resource service, reference service and space service. This paper discusses their ways of knowledge exchange. On this basis, combined with the current situation of library services, this paper discusses the methods of im- proving library services' function and promoting knowledge exchange. [ Result/conclusion] Library is the place which can save and inherit the scientific and cultural knowledge since ancient times, and the link that can connect knowledge crea- tion and knowledge utilization. Based on their own characteristics, the library should make its service vivid, factual, and strong. At the same time, it should sum up experience in the service practice so that it can develop more measures to pro- mote the exchange knowledge, realize the role of knowledge to propel the society forward and economic and development.
