内镜下尼龙绳套扎联合电切治疗结肠大息肉临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究内镜下尼龙绳套扎联合电切治疗结肠大息肉的临床应用。方法:选取本院2014年3月-2015年9月收治的50例结肠大息肉患者,应用内镜下尼龙绳结扎方式将其套扎在结肠大息肉底部,之后采取电切治疗,观察其疗效。结果:50例患者中有112个亚蒂或者粗蒂大息肉一次套扎且采取电切,一次成功切除大息肉86个(76.79%),非一次性切除27个(24.11%),术中息肉出血3例(2.68%),予内窥镜下电凝或(和)钛夹进行止血,手术后4例患者结肠蒂息肉发生出血,在之前尼龙绳底部多加套扎尼龙绳后不再渗血。全部患者无出现迟发性出血或者部位穿孔合并症。手术后1个月、半年和1年之后进行复查,无复发情况。结论:内镜下尼龙绳联合电切治疗结肠大息肉的方案切实可行。Objective To investigate nylon rope tied endoscopic therapy combined with transurethral resection of colon polyps large clinical applications. Methods From September 2015 to March 2014, 50 patients with colorectal polyps were treated by endoscopic nylon ligation, and then the ligation was used to treat the colon polyps. Results 50 patients had 112 Rebagliati alive once ligation crude pedicle large polyps and take power cut, the first successful removal of large polyps, 86 （76.79 %）, non-disposable resection 27 （24.11%）, surgery polyps bleeding in 3 cases （2.68 %）, to endoscopic coagulation or （and） titanium clip to stop bleeding, four patients after surgery pedicle colonic polyps bleeding, no bleeding before the end pay more sets of nylon rope after Barzani Long rope. All patients no delayed bleeding or perforation site complications appear. One month, three months, six months and twelve months after surgery for review after no recurrence. Conclusions Endoscopic transurethral therapy combined with nylon rope large colon polyps is feasible.
