摘  要:溶解有机质DOM(Dissolved Organic Matter)是存在于陆地和水生生态系统中的一种重要化学组分,在生态系统中具有重要的环境意义。将DOM按一定的性质及相似的构造特征进行细分,有利于准确把握DOM的结构和性质特征。为了完善现有的DOM分离方法,利用XAD-8树脂对富里酸进行分离,并引入渗透膜对组分进行除盐,改变了以往由于盐分过高而导致分离后的组分无法冷干的局面。对分离后的组分进行元素分析和红外光谱表征。结果表明,3种疏水性组分中,HON的脂肪烃含量最高,疏水性也最强。亲水性组分中HIB的芳香族物质含量高于HIA。另外HOB中的羧基含量较少,含有较多的烷氧基化合物,而HOA组分主要由羧基化合物组成。In this paper, what we would like to do is to improve the currently existing methods of DOM separation and to identify the physicochemieal properties of the DOM fractions of the soil collected from the wild nature. As is known, the traditional methods now still used for extracting the soil organic matters and XAD resin to separate fulvic acid into different components have to analyze and identify its particular physicoehemical characteristics. For this purpose, it is necessary to separate DOM into different fractions of the samples col- lected and treat them by way of eentrifugation, rotary evaporation, dialysis and freezing dry-treatment. Furthermore, FFIR spectroscopy has to be used to identify the characteristic features of the components with the analysis of the elements. The results of our analysis indicate that HON mainly consists of aliphatic hydrocarbons, which keeps most typical hydrophobic properties among the three hydrophobic or- ganics. At the same time, the aromatic content rate in the compounds of HIB proves to be higher than that in HIA. Moreover, as compared witl3 HOA, HOB has more alkoxy components and less carboxy com- ponents, whereas the hydrophobie groups mainly contain sugars. Thus, HOB can be said predominantly characteristic with sugars. What is more, the analysis v/a the infrared spectroscopy indicates that each of the components tends to display its own particular charac- teristic peaks, which implies their own relatively unique fractions of DOM. Therefore, the complexity and multitudinous absorption peaks of DOM demonstrate that each fraction as a part of separation can also be taken as a sub-mixture of multiple functional groups, in contrast, by the traditional separation methods, the plentiful salinity introduced by the effluent may lead to the fractions hard to get dry in the later stages. In addition, as compared with other traditional separation methods, we have introduced the dialysis technique to desalt it in the later stage of our improved method, thus changing the hard-to-dry
