摘 要:随着对肝脏生理学、肿瘤学和解剖学的深入认识以及影像学技术和外科手术装备的发展,肝脏肿瘤手术切除逐步迈向精准阶段。在术中明确肿瘤边界对实现精准肝切除有重要意义。综述了目前常用的肝切除术中确定肿瘤边界的方法,并对各种方法进行了分析比较,总结了各自的优缺点,其中重点介绍了尚未临床普及但有应用前景的检测手段,如术中吲哚氰绿介导的近红外光检测导航技术、纳米分子探针介导的近红外分子显像技术。认为在未来肝脏手术中,多种检查技术的联合应用是必然的发展趋势。With the in - depth understanding of liver physiology, oncology, and anatomy, as well as the development of imaging technology and surgical equipment, hepatectomy has become more precise. Determination of tumor boundary during surgery has a great significance in realizing precise hepatectomy. Various methods for determination of tumor boundary during hepatectomy have been summarized and compared here, as well as their own advantages and disadvantages, with a focus on the detection methods which have not been widely used in clinical practice but have promising prospects, such as indocyanine green - mediated near - infrared light detection and navigation technique and near - infrared molecular imaging technique mediated by nano - molecular probes. Combined application of various examination techniques will become an inevitable trend of development in liver surgeries in the future.
