摘　　要：论文针对独立学院财会专业在校学生以及毕业生的培养模式进行问卷调查,发现存在问题并提供完善建议。笔者认为,科研项目是专业知识的纵向深化,学科竞赛则是专业知识的横向整合。以科研项目和学科竞赛为辅助载体的教学模式有利于独立院校合理调整财会类专业的教学模式和课程设置,有利于培养应用型、复合型与创新型财会人才。This paper conducted questionnaire survey of cultivation mode to students and graduates of accounting at independent colleges, tried to find the problems existing and found improvement suggestions. The author believes that research project is a vertical depth of expertise, while academic competition is the horizontal integration of expertise. The teaching mode carried by scientific research project and academic competitions is helpful to the reasonable adjustment of accounting teaching methods and curriculum, and helpful to cultivate applied, compound and innovative accounting talents.
