摘  要:目的:探讨PBL教学法在神经内科见习中的应用效果。方法:将我校临床医学专业神经内科见习的学生随机分为实验组(30人)和对照组(30人),对照组采用传统的LBL教学法,实验组采用PBL教学法。结果:2组的理论成绩无明显差异,实验组的病例分析和神经系统体格检查成绩优于对照组,实验组在主观评价教学法是否增加学习兴趣、提高自学能力、文献查阅能力、综合分析问题的能力以及扩大知识面、团队合作、教学满意度等方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PBL教学法较传统LBL教学法效果更优,能提高见习教学质量和学生的综合能力。[ Objective] To investigate the effect of Problem- based Learning(PBL) method inneurology clinical teaching. Method]Students of clinical medicine in our university were randomly divided into the experimental group (30students) and the control group (30 students). The traditional Lecture - based Learning( LBL ) methodwas used in the control group, wtfilethe PBL methodwas applied in the experimental group. E Result ] The two groups showed no obvious difference in theory test scores. Case analysis and neurological examination results of the experimental group were superior tothe control group. The result of questionnaire survey showed that the PBL method was better than the LBL method in the following seven items:increasing stu- dents' interest in learning, enhancing their abilities of self- study, finding informationand comprehensive analysis of problems, expanding their scope of knowledge, training team work and improving their satisfaction of the clinical teaching. [ Conelusion ] ThePBL method is better than LBL method in neurology clinical teaching. It can improve the quality of neurology clinical teach- ing and students' comprehensive abilities.
