摘　　要：从河西学院大学英语教学改革实际出发,结合大学英语B级学生的学习现状,以贯彻分级教学、分类指导、因材施教,以适应个性化教学的实际需要为原则,开展以教促学、以评促学、以奖促学的教学改革研究与实践,对于培养学生自主学习、合作学习能力,发挥个性特征,发展专项技能,加强学生的英语实践能力,提高教学质量具有重要的现实意义。Study and practice on College English teaching reform by applying combination of instruction, assessment and award is carried out on the basis of the reality of the College English teaching reform, the present situation of level - B students＇ study in Hexi University. And some principles are implemented as graded teaching, classified guidance, aptitudes - based teaching to meet the practical needs of individualized teaching. Such study and practice will be beneficial to cultivate students＇ ability of autonomous learning and cooperative learning, to develop personalities and specialized skills and to be of important practical significance to enhance students＇ English practical ability and improve the quality of College English teaching.
