Cylin Y 在直肠癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨细胞周期蛋白Cyclin Y在直肠癌组织中的异常表达及其临床意义。方法收集2014年7月至2015年6月72例行直肠癌根治术的患者组织标本,采用免疫组织化学法检测Cyclin Y的表达情况,30例距肿瘤5 cm以上的直肠黏膜组织作为正常直肠黏膜作实验对照。统计方法采用SPSS 20.0统计软件处理,Cyclin Y蛋白表达率及其与各病理因素的关系采用卡方检验、Kruskal-Wallis检验等方法分析,以P<0.05为差异具有统计学意义。结果 Cyclin Y蛋白在直肠癌细胞中的表达定位以细胞膜和胞质为主。Cyclin Y在直肠正常黏膜中表达阳性率为43.3%(13/30),在直肠癌组织中表达阳性率为80.5%(58/72),各组之间相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Cyclin Y蛋白在直肠癌中的表达水平与患者的性别、年龄、家族史、肿瘤大小及浸润深度无关(P>0.05),而与淋巴结转移、直肠癌病理分期有显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论 Cyclin Y在直肠癌中存在过表达现象,可能在直肠癌发生发展过程中起重要的调节作用。Objective To investigate abnormal expression and the clinical significance of cyclin Y in rectal cancer tissues. Methods Seventy-two patients with rectal cancer were treated from July 2014 to June 2015 and surgical specimens were harvested. The expression of cyelin Y was examined using immunohistochemistry staining. Thirty patients with rectal mncosa 5 cm above cancer edge were used as controls. Data analysis was performed using SPSS20.0 software. The relationship of the expression of eyclin Y with the clinicopathological features of rectal cancer was evaluated using the Kruskal-Wallis Test and the Chi-square test. P 〈 0.05 was considered as significant difference. Results Cyclin Y mainly located in the membrane and plasma of rectal cancer cells. The positive expression rate of cyclin Y was 43.3% （ 13/ 30） in normal rectal tissues, and 80.5% （58/72） in rectal cancer tissues, （P 〈0.05）. There was no significant correlation between the copies of cyclin Y in rectal cancer tissues, gender, age, family history, tumor size, and depth invasion（P 〉 0.05）. However, the expression of cyclin Y in rectal cancer was correlated with TNM staging and lymph node metastases （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The over-expression of cyclin Y could be detected in rectal cancer. There might be an important regulatory effect of cyclin Y on the process of rectal cancer development.
