摘　　要：本文通过比较了国内外商业银行绿色金融业务的现状和差距,分析了我国商业银行发展绿色金融过程中的一些问题,针对性地提出了促进其健康发展的建议。This paper analyzes some problems in the process of developing green financial, puts forward the suggestions to promote the health development, by comparing the domestic and foreign commercial banks green financial situation and gap of the business, commercial banks in China.
