摘　　要：互联网与教育的深度融合给高等教育带来了前所未有的机遇与挑战,如何利用互联网实现高效的"学与教"是高等教育面临的迫切问题。"互联网+教育"给高等教育带来教育观念更新、教育资源丰富、学习时空多维、学习者主体地位确立等变化,但同时也带来了不小的挑战。从高校、教师、学生三个方面借力"互联网+教育",以高素质的教师为主体,完善学校措施,组建学习型团队实现高等教育学习方式和教学方式的"双重变革"。The combination of intemet and education has brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges to the higher education. How to use intemet to improve the efficiency of ＂learning and teaching＂ is a pressing problem. On one hand, intemet ＋ education brings new education concept, rich educational resources, multidimensional leaming time and space, leamers＇ donminant position. On the other hand, intemet ＋ education brings big challenges. Putting highly qualified teachers as rmin body, improving school measures and setting up a learning team to achieve the double transformation for leaming and teaching style in higher education.
