摘　　要：伟大的领袖毛泽东同志在青年时期就已经形成极富魅力的人格特质。在中国特色社会主义事业不断前进的路途中,继续挖掘其人格特质,比如宏伟的理想信念与爱国品质、德智体全面发展的学习品质、敢做敢为和务实的创新品质,能够为塑造当代中国大学生的凌云之志、横溢之才和自信、创新、务实的态度提供最具有价值的模范素材。Mao Zedong, a great leader has developed his charismatic personality traits in the youth. In the way of con- tinuous development of socialism with Chinese characteristics, we should continue to tap his personality traits, such as the grand ideals, patriotic quality, all-round development of quality leaming, adventurous and pragmatic innovation quaff- ty, which can provide the most valuable model for the shaping of contemporary Chinese college students＇ great ambition,talents, self-confidence, innovation, and pragmatic attitude.
