康复新液联合三联疗法不同治疗周期对多发性胃溃疡愈合质量的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨康复新液联合三联疗法不同治疗周期对多发性胃溃疡愈合质量的影响.方法 选取2012年12月至2014年12月于广州医科大学附属深圳沙井医院治疗的116例多发性胃溃疡患者为研究对象,所有患者均采用康复新液联合奥美拉唑、左氧氟沙星、阿莫西林三联疗法治疗,采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,各58例.观察组治疗8周,对照组治疗4周.比较2组愈合质量、幽门螺杆菌（Hp）根除率和临床症状积分.结果 观察组总有效率和Hp根除率均明显高于对照组[91.4％ （53/58）比75.6％ （45/58）、89.7％ （52/58）比74.1％ （43/58）],差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）.治疗后,观察组上腹胀痛、纳呆、反酸、嗳气积分明显低于治疗前和对照组治疗后[（0.29±0.09）分比（2.08±0.36）、（0.96±0.31）分,（0.38±0.27）分比（2.28±0.19）、（1.16±0.27）分,（0.52±0.18）分比（1.99±0.21）、（1.29±0.35）分,（0.49±0.20）分比（1.87±0.15）、（1.07±0.31）分],差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）.结论 康复新液联合三联疗法治疗多发性胃溃疡,能有效根除Hp,改善临床症状,促进溃疡愈合,适当延长治疗时间有助于提高治疗效果.Objective To study the effect of Kangfuxin liquid combined with triple therapy of omeprazole,levofloxacin and amoxicillin for different treatment duration time on healing process of multiple gastric ulcer.Methods One hundred and sixteen patients with multiple gastric ulcer from December 2012 to December 2014 received Kangfuxin liquid combined with triple therapy of omeprazole,levofloxacin and amoxicillin.The treatment lasted for 8 weeks in 58 patients （observation group） and for 4 weeks in other 58 patients （control group）.The healing quality,effective rate,eradication rate of helicobacter pylori （Hp）,scores of clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results The effective rate and Hp erdication rate in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group [91.4% （53/58） vs 75.6% （45/58）,89.7% （52/58） vs 74.1% （43/58）] （x2 =6.042,4.710,P 〈 0.05）.After treatment,the scores of clinical symptoms in observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment and those in control group [epigastric pain：（0.29 ± 0.09） scores vs （2.08 ± 0.36）,（0.96 ± 0.31） scores;anorexia：（0.38 ± 0.27） scores vs （2.28 ± 0.19）,（1.16 ± 0.27） scores;sour regurgitation：（0.52 ± 0.18） scores vs （1.99 ± 0.21）,（1.29 ± 0.35） scores;belching：（0.49±0.20） scores vs （1.87±0.15）,（1.07 ±0.31） scores] （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Kangfuxin liquid combined with triple therapy of omeprazole,levofloxacin,amoxicillin can effectively eradicate Hp,improve clinical symptoms,promote healing process of multiple gastric ulcer;extending treatment duration time helps to improve the effect of treatment.
