高端技术技能人才贯通培养试验项目的人才培养改革探索

摘　　要：根据中央对首都"四个中心"的全新定位,北京市正在大力发展"高、精、尖"的产业,为了适应产业发展需要,在北京市委教工委、北京市教委的精心设计下,北京财贸职业学院参加了"高端技术技能人才贯通培养项目",对财经类、商贸类、旅游类的高端技术技能人才进行贯通培养试验,着重从高素质、国际化、复合型等角度对人才培养模式开展改革探索。Based on the totally new ＂four center＂ orientation of The Capital, Beijing municipal government is vigorously developing the high-end precise and advanced industry. According to the elaborative design of Beijing municipal Party committee and Beijing municipal commission of education, Beijing College of Finance and Com- merce has joined the run-through cultivation project of the advanced technical and skilled talents, which aims to do the experiment of cultivating advanced technical and skilled talents in the field of finance commerce and tourism. The author plans to develop reformation and exploration from the aspect of high quality, internationaliza- tion and composite, etc.
