摘　　要：在上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院建立远程视频会诊系统,介绍系统的硬件设备、结构设计、开发工具及关键技术、功能及通讯过程,探讨系统在影像诊断中的作用,分析远程会诊与医学影像相结合的意义。Based on the remote video consultation system established in Renji Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine, the paper introduces the system＇s hardware equipment, structural design, development tools and key technologies, functions and communication process, explores the systeing role in imaging diagnosis and analyzes the meaning of integrating remote con- sultation with medical imaging.
