摘　　要：检索2000-2015年衰老性疾病与肿瘤相关的SCI论文,统计主题词出现的频次,截取高频主题词,生成共现矩阵,进行聚类分析,通过对各类文献内容的分析获得该主题的研究热点。By searching SCI papers on aging diseases and tumors from 2000 to 2015, the paper counts the frequency of subject head- ings, captures those with a high frequency, generates a co - occurrence matrix and conducts cluster analysis. Through analysis of various literature contents, it obtains the research hotspots of this subject.
