艾愈胶囊预防肺癌放化疗并发症的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨艾愈胶囊预防肺癌放化疗所致并发症的效果及安全性。方法选取2014年7月至2015年6月间收治的60例拟行放化疗的非小细胞肺癌患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组（28例）和对照组（32例）,两组患者均行紫杉醇＋奈达铂（TP方案）化疗,并于2个月后行三维适形放疗,放化疗间歇期均酌情应用粒细胞集落刺激因子（G-CSF）皮下注射。在此基础上,观察组患者自化疗开始即口服艾愈胶囊3粒/次、3次/d,持续至放疗结束。观察两组患者治疗前后外周血白细胞计数变化、白细胞减少分度及艾愈胶囊的不良作用。结果治疗后14、21d,观察组患者白细胞计数分别为（4.70±1.35）×109/L和（5.33±1.68）×109/L,显著高于对照组的（3.64±1.52）×109/L和（3.88±1.73）×109/L,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。观察组中重度骨髓抑制（Ⅲ＋Ⅳ度）患者6例,发生率为21.4%,显著低于对照组的46.9%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组恶心呕吐等不良反应发生率为17.9%,明显低于对照组的56.3%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,但两组患者在肝肾功能损伤方面差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论艾愈胶囊预防非小细胞肺癌放化疗所致外周血白细胞减少效果确切,安全性好。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Aiyu capsules on preventing complica- tions caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy in lung cancer patients. Methods From July 2014 to June 2015 in Chongqing Tumor Institute, 60 patients with non-small cell lung cancer were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into two groups ： the treatment group （ n = 28 ） and the control group （ n = 32 ）. The patients in the treatment group acceped Aiyu capsules （3 tablets/times, 3 times/d） besides TP regimen and those in the control group accepted TP regimen （Taxol ＋ Nedaplatin）. White blood cell （WBC）, drug dose of granulocyte colony stimulating factor （G-CSF） and the secondary infection associated with leukopenia be- tween the two groups were compared. Leukocyte count change, degree of leucopenia and side effects of Aiyu capsule between the two groups were observed. Results 14 d and 21 d after treatment, WBC count of the treatment group were （4. 70± 1.35） × 10^9/L, （5.33 ± 1.68） ×10^9/L, respectively, significantly higher than those of the control group [ （3.64± 1.52）×10^9/L, （ 3.88± 1.73 ）× 10^9/L] , with signigicant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The incidence of moderate and severe bone marrow suppression （ Ⅲ ＋ Ⅳ ） of the treatment group was 21.4%, significantly lower than that of the control group （46.9%） （P 〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions such as nausea, vomiting and other side effects in the observation group was 56. 6%, significantly lower than that of the control group 17.9% , with significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Damage of liver and kidney function between the two groups showed no significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ）.Conclusion Aiyu capsules can prevent the leucopenia caused by the radiotherapy and chemotherapy in lung cancer, with good safety.
