教师发展中心模式下教师ICT应用能力的调查研究——以西部少数民族地区高等学校为例

摘　　要：教师专业发展是当前教育改革实践中提出的具有重大意义的战略问题,优秀教师、专业团队的培养直接关乎学校的教育水平与质量.在教师发展的4个维度中教学发展是其发展的最终目标,而教学发展中ICT的应用能力又是重要的测量标准.本文以西部少数民族地区高校为例,通过调查问卷的方法,收集到964份高校教师信息传播技术应用能力的调查问卷.调查发现:高校教师在教学中应用ICT的态度积极,ICT操作能力自我评价尚可,但不同群体教师在应用ICT的意识、态度与能力发展水平上存在显著差异.文章建议西部民族地区高校应为教师特别是少数民族教师在ICT应用能力发展方面提供更多政策和资金的支持,同时应做好教师ICT能力培训工作,教师在自身教学活动中也应加强对ICT应用的研究与深层次理解.The results shows that faculty take a positive attitude in applying ICT in teaching and their ability to ICT in teaching gains recognition from themselves. There are significant differences that the different groups of teachers in the application of ICT teaching awareness, attitude and ability level of development, Faculty think that money and team building are the impact of the application of ICT capacity development of the main factors. Research suggests that university departments respond to teachers＇ ICT applications to provide capacity development support policies and measures, while teachers themselves （especially high-level teachers） should pay attention to education, to strengthen the research and application of ICT teaching deep understanding.
