摘 要:目的:研究新疆维吾尔族114名运动员(速度力量型项目43人,耐力型项目35人,足球36人)和441名普通人肌型肌酸激酶(CKMM)基因A/G多态性与运动能力相关性。方法:聚合酶链式反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)法。结果:1维吾尔族普通人群CKMM基因A/G多态性频率(AA、AG、GG)分别为0.497、0.392、0.111,经检验符合H-W平衡(x^2=2.72,P>0.05),具有群体代表性;2速度力量型项目运动员3种基因型频率分别0.442、0.302、0.256,GG基因型和G等位基因频率显著高于对照组,两组差异有显著性(P<0.05,df=2);3耐力型项目运动员3种基因型频率分别为0.571、0.400、0.029,A等位基因频率高于对照组,但差异没有显著性(P>0.05,df=2);4足球运动员3种基因型频率分别为0.472、0.361、0.167,G等位基因频率高于耐力组低于速度力量组,与对照组相比亦无显著性差异(P>0.05,df=2)。结论:CKMM基因A/G多态性与维吾尔族速度力量素质呈显著相关,GG基因型和G等位基因可用于速度力量运动员选材的一个辅助因子,但没有发现A/G多态性与耐力素质和足球成绩存在显著相关性。Objective: Discusses the distributive characters of the Creatine Kinase MM (CKMM) gene A/G Polymorphism in Xinjiang Uyghur, One hundred and fourtheen athletes and 441 general population of Uyghur were involved in the study. Methods: Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism was used. Results: ① The CKMM gene A/G frequency in Uyghur general population was (AA, AG and GG) 0.497,0.392 and 0.111, the result test by Hardy-Weinberg (H-W) equilibrium and x^2 = 2.72, P =0.1, df= 2, indicated that the control group had representative. ② AA, AG and GG genotype frequency of power-oriented athlete respectively was 0. 442, 0.302 and 0.256, frequency of GG genotype and G allele was higher than the control group, there were significant differences compared to the control( P 〈 0.05,df= 2) ; ③A/G genotype frequency of Endurance-oriented athletere spectively was 0.571,0.400 and 0.029, there were no significant differences compared to the controls ( P 〉 0.05, df = 2). 0 A/G genotype frequency of Uyghur soccerathletes respectively was 0.472,0.361 and 0. 167, G allele was higher than the Endurance-oriented athlete and lower than the power-oriented athletes, and no significant differences compared to the controls( P 〉 0.05,df= 2). Conclusion: The results indicate that the CKMM gene GG genotype and G allele are represented in power-oriented athletes, but don' t find A/G polymorphism correlation with endurance and the football sport performance.
