摘 要:癌基因Bmi-1是多梳基因(Pc G)家族中的一员,广泛表达于血液肿瘤和多种实体瘤。Bmi-1对肿瘤干细胞具有促进和维持作用,并通过PTEN-PI3K/AKT等信号通路影响肿瘤的上皮-间质转化(EMT),使细胞出现形态学和基因型上的改变。肿瘤干细胞和EMT也存在相互作用,共同参与肿瘤的形成、浸润和转移过程,并介导放化疗抵抗性。本文就Bmi-1与结肠癌干细胞和EMT的研究现状作一概述。The Bmi-I oncogene, member of the Polycomb gene (PcG) family, is widely expressed in hematologic malignancies and many solid tumors. Recent studies have found that, Bmi-1 can promote and maintain the features of cancer stem cells, also affect the epithelial-mesenchymal transition of cancers through the PTEN-PI3K/AKT signaling pathway, resulting in morphological changes and genetic alterations of cancer cells. There still exist interactions between cancer stem cells and epithelial-mesenchymal transition, which together play a vital role in the formation, invasion and metastasis of cancers and mediating chemotherapy and radiotherapy resistance. This paper is to present an overview upon the research status of Bmi-1 and epithelial-mesenchymal transformation with colon cancer stem ceils.
