摘 要:针对震后救灾时间短、任务重的问题,考虑运用应急车辆和直升机联合应急调度运输物资、灾害区路网受损以及路网的修复,建立震后应急物资配送模型。该模型首先考虑需要修复的损毁路段,采用应急车辆对损毁路段和灾害点需求物资进行配送,再利用直升机对损毁路段的需求点和未疏通的灾害需求点进行配送,并采用启发式算法对模型进行求解。通过算例表明:在应急救援的联合运输过程中,优先修复路段v_2v_5和v_(10)v_(11)或者v_3v_6和v_(10)v_(11),损失为0;抢修其他的损毁路段,有灾害点得不到救援。For a limited time after the earthquake disaster, considered the use of emergency vehicles and helicopters to transport supplies joint emergency dispatch, and concerned the disaster area network repair, we established models of the supplies and distribu- tion after the earthquake. The model concerned the need to repair the damaged sections, the use of emergency vehicles on the road and the needs of disaster supplies for distribution point. For the model, helicopters were utilized in damaged sections of the demand points and heuristic algorithms were used. An example was adopted to demonstrate the model and the result shows that during the combined transport emergency rescue process, if we repair roads V2V5 and V10V111 or V3V6 andV10V11, the loss is zero and if we repair other damaged road, some disaster points can ' t get rescue.
