摘  要:利用液相色谱-串联质谱同时测定土壤中咪唑啉酮类和三嗪类除草剂残留,用二氯甲烷作为萃取溶剂提取土壤中的除草剂,经Oasis HLB固相萃取柱净化后用LC-MS进行测试。方法定量限为0.70μg/L,回收率为79.2%-104.6%,相对标准偏差为3.1%-7.2%,符合我国农残检测相关标准的要求。Some imidazolinone herbicide and s-triazine herbicide residues in soil were simultaneously determined by adopting liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS). These herbicides were extracted from soil firstly by using dichloromethane as the extraction solvent, and then purified by Oasis HLB solid-phase extraction column. Finally, the sample solvent was analyzed by LC-MS, and the qualitative and quantitative determination was realized. The test result showed that the limit of quantification of this method was lower than 0.70 μg/L, the recovery range was 79.2% - 104.6% and RSD was 3. 1% -7.2%, which met the requirements in relative standards about pesticide residue detection in China.
