摘　　要：电子信息工程专业作为IT行业,社会需求虽然比较大,但是毕业生数量大,就业竞争压力也大,毕业生就业形势依然严峻.深入实施专业教育教学改革,加强大学生自主学习能力,提高实践创新能力,提升学生核心竞争力,将有利于学生更好地把握就业机会、摆脱就业困境,提升学生在就业市场中的竞争力.Electronic and information engineering as the IT industry, social demand is relatively large, number of graduates is large, employment competition pressure is large, the employment situation remains grim. Depth implementation of professional educational reform, to strengthen college students self-learning ability, to improve the practice of innovation ability, to enhance the core competitiveness, will help students better grasp jobs, get rid of employment predicament, enhancing students＇ competitiveness in the job market.
