摘 要:随着社会的发展与时代的进步,国家对地方艺术教育逐渐重视,并对各艺术院校的教育进行规范化管理,针对艺术高考,给予多重优惠政策,以便促进艺术教育工作的进一步发展。近十几年来,参加高考的学生人数只增不减,艺术生的人数更是以快速膨胀的方式增长,地方高校在学科规划、专业设立、培养目标、培养层次、培养方向等方面没有制度化和规范化的前提下,急忙开设专业,导致教学管理混乱,师生比例失调,教学质量低,导致专业人才培养难以平衡发展。加大艺术教育专业改革力度,培养合格的中小学艺术教师,促进艺术教育工作的进一步发展,实现以专业人才平衡发展为导向的高校艺术教育,优化高校艺术教育的结构,需要在培养目标、课程、师资及外部环境建设等方面制定有创新性的措施。With the development of the society and the progress of the time, the local art education is increasingly focused by the government and the education in the art colleges and universities is also under regulated administration. The government has offered a series of favorable policies to the national entrance examination for art students so as to improve the further development of art education. In recent years, the number of students participating in the college entrance examination has drastically increased, and the number of art students is growing even faster, which has made the local colleges and universities hurnecUy open tne art majors without carefully considering the academic planning, professional establishment, training objectives, training level, and training directions, etc. As a result, lots of problems have occurred, such as the disorder of the professional teaching management, the imbalance of the teacher-student ratios, the low quality in teaching. All these problems make it difficult to train professional people. To intensify the reform of art education, and train qualified art teachers for primary and secondary schools, and to promote the further develop- ment of art education and better the professional training mode in colleges and universities, creative measures are supposed to be taken in the course of training objectives, curriculum plans, teacher resources, and the external environment.
