摘　　要：目的研究受体酪氨酸激酶Axl(Anexelekto)在胃癌及癌旁组织中的表达,探讨其与胃癌患者临床病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学染色法检测2013年1月至2013年12月河南科技大学第一附属医院50例胃癌及相应癌旁组织中的Axl表达,分析其表达情况与胃癌临床病理特征的关系。结果 Axl在胃癌组织中的表达高于癌旁组织(P<0.05);胃癌组织中Axl的表达与患者分化程度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期密切相关(P<0.05),与患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤直径大小及浸润深度无关(P>0.05)。结论 Axl在胃癌组织中的表达高于癌旁组织,胃癌组织中Axl表达与胃癌分化程度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期相关,预示Axl可能参与胃癌的发生发展过程。Objective To explore the expression of Anexelekto （Axl） in gastric cancer and adjacent paracancerous tissues, and evaluate the association between Axl expression and the clinicopathological characteristic of patients with gastric cancer. Methods The expression of Axl in 50 gastric cancer and adjacent paracancerous tissues collected from January to December in 2013 were detected by immunohistochemical （IHC） staining. Besides, the relationship bewteen the expression of Axl and the clinicopathological characteristic of patients with gastric cancer were analyzed. Results Axl expression in gastric cancer was higher than adjacent paracancerous tissues （P 〈 0.05 ）. The positive expression of Axl was related to tumor differentia-tion, lymph node metastasis status and the TNM stage （P 〈 0.05 ） , but not related to age, gender, tumor size, and tumor depth. Conclusion The expression of Axl in gastric cancer tissues was higher than adjacent paracancerous tissues, which positive expression of Axl was correlated with tumor differentiation, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage. It indicates that Axl may participate in the tumorgenesis and development of gastric cancer.
