摘　　要：[目的]调查冠心病监护单元(CCU)护士眼部症状、眼表损害与睑板腺功能的现状,为制定有针对的干预措施提供依据。[方法]将CCU护士设为CCU组,同期选择在非CCU工作的同科室护理人员为对照组,分别评估两组干眼症(DES)患病率、眼表疾病指数问卷(OSDI)评分、角膜荧光素染色积分(CFS)、泪河高度(TMH)、基础泪液分泌试验(SIt)、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)以及睑板腺功能。[结果]CCU护士组DES患病率、OSDI总分和CFS积分高于对照组,而TMH、SIt、BUT检测值均低于对照组;睑板腺功能指标评估中,CCU组睑缘异常评分及睑脂评分均高于对照组,而睑板腺缺失评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]CCU护士DES患病率高,眼部症状较多,眼表损害及睑板腺功能障碍特征突出,应给予足够的重视。Objective：To survey the status quo of ocular symptoms,ocular surface damage and meibomian gland function of CCU nurses,so as to provide evidences for making targeted intervention measures.Methods：The CCU nurses were taken as CCU group,the same period and department nurses in non CCU woke were taken as the control group,respectively to assess the prevalence of dry eye syndrome（DES）,ocular surface disease index questionnaire（osdi）score,corneal fluorescein staining（CFS）score,tear meniscus height（TMH）,basal tear secretion test（SIT）,tear break-up time（BUT）and function of the meibomian gland between two groups.Results：The prevalence of DES,total OSDI score and CFS score in CCU nurse group were higher than that in control group,while detection values of TMH,SIT,BUT were lower than that in control group;meibomian gland function evaluation index,eyelid anomaly score and eyelid fat score in CCU nurse group were higher than control group,while meibomian gland missing score was below than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The prevalence rate of DES in CCU nurses was high and the ocular symptoms,ocular surface damage and meibomian gland dysfunction were prominent,which should be given enough attention.
