局部点压技术在乳腺摄影中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨局部点压技术在乳腺摄影中的作用。材料与方法:对临床可触及肿块,常规CC位及MLO位未能明确诊断的47位患者作肿块区局部点压摄片。结果:47例常规位置摄片后7例可见局部致密影,1例见钙化影,1例因病灶靠外上边缘未压到,其余未见明显肿块影;加摄局部点压片后1例钙化更清楚,钙化中发现10mm结节影,未压到的病例点压后见12.8mm的结节影,5例点压后未见明显变化,其余的点压后可见结节影。43例患者在我院接受手术治疗,病理结果恶性病变11例(23.4%):10例浸润性导管癌,1例囊内乳头状瘤伴不典型增生及灶性癌变,良性病变32例(68.1%):18例纤维腺瘤,1例乳腺病伴导管内乳头状瘤形成,3例脂肪瘤,5例纤维腺瘤伴乳腺病或伴囊性变,2例囊肿,3例乳腺病。4例未在本院手术未取得病理。结论:局部点压技术在乳腺摄影中具有重要的临床意义,是常规位置的有效的补充。Purpose： To investigate the value of digital magnification mammography in the diagnosis of breast disea- ses. Materials and Methods： 47 cases suspected with breast diseases by clinic but not found by conventional mammography were went through digital magnification mammography for the suspicious focus. Results： Dense shadow in 7 cases, and calcifi- cation in 1 case were found by conventional mammography, while 1 case was failed because of the lesion on the edge. The case of calcification showed more clearly with nodule（10mm） and the edge case showed nodule（ 12. 8ram） by magnification mammography. Surgical and pathological results showed 11 cases of malignant lesions, containing 10 cases of infiltrating ductal carcinoma, 1 cases of intracystic papilloma with atypical hyperplasia and focal carcinoma. 18 cases of fibroadenoma, 1 cases of mastosis with intraductal papilloma formation, 3 cases of lipoma, 5 cases fibroadenoma with mastosis, 2 cases of cysts, and 3 cases of mastosis were also confirmed by surgery. Conclusion： Magnification mammography had an very important effect for clinic, which was an effective supplement to the conventional mammography.
