摘　　要：目的:评价脑内淋巴瘤的CT表现特征和诊断价值,结合肿瘤病理特征进一步分析影像学表现原因。材料与方法:本组共收集7例经手术和活检证实的脑内淋巴瘤,分别行CT平扫和双期增强扫描,检出病灶,对比形态、大小、位置、水肿和强化特点。结果:7例患者共检出28个淋巴瘤结节,平扫多数呈稍高或等密度,类圆形,轻-中度强化,占位效应及周边水肿相对较轻。结论:CT扫描对脑内淋巴瘤的诊断有一定价值,需要重点鉴别脑膜瘤、胶质瘤和脑内转移瘤。Purpose： Evaluation of lymphoma in the brain CT features and diagnostic value of combined with tumor pathological characteristic imaging findings further analysis reasons. Materials and Methods： Altogether collected 7 cases confirmed by surgery and biopsy of brain lymphoma, respectively phase CT scan and enhanced scan, detect lesions, compara- tive morphology, size, location, edema, and the characteristics of the reinforcement. Results ： 7 patients were detected in 28 lymphoma nodular, scan most show slightly higher or density, such as round, light to moderate strengthening, placeholder effect and peripheral edema, relatively light. Conclusion： CT scan has a certain value to the diagnosis of lymphoma in the brain, is important to identify meningioma, glioma, and brain metastases.
