摘　　要：近年来,随着显微外科器械、各种新材料的问世以及锥形束CT的广泛使用,根尖手术的成功率大大提高。本文就根尖手术术前、术中、术后的研究和临床进展作一综述。The success rate of apical surgery has improved greatly by wide use of microsurgery instruments, new materials and cone beam computed tomography in recent years. The purpose of this article is to review the research and clinical progress in pre-operation, intra-operation, and post-operation of apical surgery.
