摘　　要：企业网络组织的最初形成有其内在的经济逻辑和经济动因 ,而在其演进过程中“战略效仿”和政府力量又起到了重要的推动作用。随着世界经济的发展 ,企业网络组织也获得了不断的发展和创新 ,出现了许多不同的类型。以企业网络组织在制度层面上的性质为划分标准 ,将企业网络组织进行了分类 ,并且对每种类型的企业网络组织的特点做了介绍。There are inherent economy logic and incentives in the initial form course of firm' network. During the following evolution of firm' network, 'Strategic Mimetism' and government act as important roles. With the development of global economy, firm' network has gotten constant development and innovation, and a lot of new styles of firm' network has appeared. This article classifies the firm' networks based on the quality of firm' network, and analyzes the characters of each kind of firm' network.
