摘 要:以一台柴油机为原型机,增加一套进气道喷射的汽油供油系统,实现高预混模式在改装发动机上高效应用,并且进行了高预混发动机性能深入研究。研究表明:在1 700 r/min,60 N·m工况点下,高预混技术在发动机上应用的经济性并没有优势;但是其有效解决了NOx排放和PM排放难以解决的trade-off关系,压缩比15的双燃料发动机较之原机NOx和PM分别下降了76.89%和98.41%。Taking a diesel engine as prototype engine, the performance of a dual-fuel engine on which a gasoline injection system was added was studied deeply. HPCC runs efficiently on the refitted engine. The research indicated: at the operation of 1700rpm, 60N ·m, the economy of dual-fuel engine has no advantage; however, the dual-fuel technology NOx, NOx and PM emissions of the dual-fuel respectively, compared to the prototype engine. can solve the problem of trade-off relationship of PM and engine with CR15 have reduced by 76.89% and 98.41%
