摘 要:目的:了解十堰地区市售淡水鱼虾吸虫囊蚴感染情况。方法:收集十堰市两大集贸市场和路边商贩所销售的本地常见野生淡水鱼虾。肌肉直接压片法制作鱼虾肌肉压片,用光学显微镜在低倍或高倍镜下查找囊蚴,根据囊蚴形态、排泄囊结构和囊壁厚度等特征区分囊蚴种类。结果:共采集鱼类样本562尾,虾类样本1 005份,其中淡水鱼阳性尾数共计39尾,总感染率为6.94%(39/562);淡水虾(青虾)阳性尾数共计675尾,总感染率为67.16%(675/1005)。分别在鱼、虾肌肉内查到4种吸虫囊蚴,经初步判定为后睾属类吸虫囊蚴。调查的4种淡水鱼(白鲦、鲫鱼、黄颡、鲈鱼)样品中,仅在白鲦中查获囊蚴,呈低度感染。结论:十堰市市售的野生鱼虾均有吸虫囊蚴感染,其中虾类感染率较高,需要重点控制该类传染源。Objective To investigate the infection of commercial fresh- water fish and shrimp with flukes metacercaria in Shiyan,central China.Methods The fresh-water fishes and shrimps were purchased from two free markets and roadside vendors in Shiyan.The metacercaria were examined by direct muscle compression under the microscope and the species of metacercaria were identified through morphology characters,the shape of excretory bladder and thickness of cyst wall. Results Totally,562 fresh-water fishes and 1 005 shrimps were collected including 4 species of fishs,Hemiculter leucisculus,Carassius auratus,Pseudobagrus fulvidraco and Pesce persico and one species of shrimps named Macrobrachium nipponensis.There are 39 positive subjects of freshwater fishes and 675 positive sujects of shrimps.The infection rate of the freshwater fishes is6.94% and the shrimps is 67.16%.Four kinds of metacercaria were detecteded in fish and shrimp,respectively.The metacercaria were only discovered in H. leucisculus and M. nipponensis. Conclusion Both the commercial freshwater fish and shrimp in Shiyan were infected by metacercaria,of which shrimp was infected seriously.It need to be taken measures to deal with these infection sources.
