摘　　要：报告1例色素血管性斑痣性错构瘤病并发先天性耳前瘘管。患儿女,4个月。面部、躯干及上肢大面积鲜红斑痣,躯干及下肢大片蒙古斑,皮损以右侧为甚。双侧外耳耳轮脚前可见直径约2 mm的瘘管开口。实验室及辅助检查:血、尿常规,肝、肾功能,心脏彩超及颅脑CT均正常。诊断:色素血管性斑痣性错构瘤病并发先天性耳前瘘管。予脉冲染料激光治疗1次,目前仍密切随访中。A case of phacomatosis pigmentovascularis combined with congenital preauricular fistula is reported. A 4-month old girl presented with massive nevus flammeus on the face, trunk, upper extremities, and Mongolian spots on the trunk and legs. The lesions on the fight side were much worse. A preauricular fistula with 2 mm in diameter was found on the both ears. Laboratory and auxiliary examinations showed normal for routine blood and urine tests, liver and kidney function, e- chocardiography and cerebral CT scanning. The Diagnosis of phacomatosis pigmentovasculafis combined with congenital preau- ricular fistula was made. Patient was given a single treatment with dye pulse laser, and has been closely followed up.
