摘　　要：种植体周围细菌黏附、聚集引起的种植体周围炎是种植修复失败的主要原因之一。提高种植体的抗菌性,抑制其表面细菌的黏附和杀灭周围细菌是关键。现就钛种植体表面载银抗菌涂层的研究进展做一综述。One of the most serious postoperative complications with implant restoration is peri-implantitis, which is caused by the bacterial infection. It is the key to improve the antibacterial ability of implant, to inhibit the bacteria adhe- sion and to kill the bacteria around it. This paper reviewed the research advances in Ag-loaded antibacterial coatings on titanium implant.
