摘　　要：就各种影响某雷达大功率脉冲行波管可靠性的因素进行研究,通过分析导致大功率脉冲行波管失效的种类和成因,提出了提高设计冗余量、优化内部结构、工艺改进、材料选择和定期维护等具体的解决手段。This paper studies various factors influencing the reliability of high-power pulse traveling wave tube （TWT） in a certain radar, analyzes the classification and cause leading the failure of high-power pulse TWT, provides specific solution means such as increase of design redundancy, optimization of internal structure, technics improvement, material selection and periodical maintenance, etc.
