摘　　要：随着我国城市轨道交通的快速发展,轨道交通行业的人才需求不断增加。技术技能型人才的需求尤为迫切。培养高素质的满足城市轨道交通行业需要的技术技能型人才需要配套的实训中心作为支撑。城市轨道交通实训中心的建设应该遵循一致性、先进性、共享性、开放性的原则,使实训中心成为促进人才培养模式转变、提高人才培养质量的加速器。With the rapid development of urban rail transit in our country,the demand for talent in rail transit industry increases constantly. The demand for technical and skilled talents is especially urgent. Cultivating high quality technical and skilled talents who can meet the needs of urban rail transit industry requires an auxiliary training centre for support.The construction of urban rail transit training center should follow the principle of consistency,advancement,sharing,openness. We should make the training center an accelerator for promoting changes in talent education models and improving talent education quality.
