摘　　要：为了促进科学研究的发展,大部分科研院校都购买了很多测试仪器,如NMR,FTIR,LCMS及GCMS等,然而针对这些仪器的管理,特别是数据方面的管理却缺乏经验。针对目前高校`多台大型仪器测试数据的管理与传输,文章通过使用Serv-U软件把相关仪器的工作站,个人计算机及服务器联接起来,并在此基础上,提出了简易及优化两种模型,使得数据管理更加规范,数据传递更加快捷,工作量的统计更加准确,用户可随时随地获取自己的测试数据。In order to promote the development of scientific research,most scientific research institutions have possessed a lot of test instruments,such as NMR,FTIR,LCMS and GCMS,but the management for these instruments,especially the data management is lack of experience. For the measuring data management and transmission of many large instruments in colleges and universities,this paper discussed the connection of the instrument workstation,personal computers and a data server through the use of Serv-U software. And on this basis,two kinds of simple and optimized models were presented,respectively,the models make data management more standardized,data transmission faster,the workload statistics more accurate,and the users are able to obtain their own data anytime and anywhere.
