摘　　要：高校仪器管理过程中,仪器的维修是仪器管理中的重要内容,而实验技术人员是高校仪器管理的主力军,以高效液相色谱仪维修实例为引,探讨如何充分发挥实验技术人员的仪器维修职能。实验技术人员可以从掌握仪器工作原理、通过各种途径获得相关维护检修方法,把握多种故障检修原则,培养观察仔细、胆大心细的习惯四方面来提高自身的仪器检修能力。高校则落实完善仪器维修相关制度、经费支持、人员继续教育和待遇等政策。这样才能充分发挥实验技术人员的仪器维修职能,使实验室资源得到更有效的管理,节约教育成本,促进科研和教学工作有序进行。Laboratory technicians are the main force of instruments maintenance and repair,they form an important part of instruments management in college. Taking an example of repairing high performance liquid chromatography（ HPLC）,the function of instruments repaired by laboratory technicians was discussed. Laboratory technicians could increase their ability of instrument maintenance by mastering the working principles of instruments,collecting the methods of instruments repair,grasping the principle of repairing,and developing good habits to do detailed work.Building instrument maintenance and management system,providing financial support and implementing the policies of further education and treatment of laboratory technicians were also necessary. These supports would be benefit to the management of lab resource,reduce the cost of education,and make the experimental teaching and scientific research develop orderly.
