摘  要:黄铜药筒在使用时发生爆裂,为了解决其安全服役,提高产品的质量,通过对失效药筒及对比件进行了断口宏观及微观观察、金相组织检查、氨薰试验、超声检测等分析测试手段,结合生产工艺全流程的跟踪调查工作,找到了黄铜药筒发生开裂失效的根本原因。分析表明:产品失效是由铸造工序产生的气孔引起的,并提出了合理的改进建议,如采取严格烘烤物料,增加排气时间,适当降低拉坯速率,超声探伤检验等措施,经过半年跟踪研究发现,该企业生产的铸坯成品率显著提高,超声检查所有药筒成品再未发现存在内部裂纹现象。A brass cartridge burst during service. In order to ensure the safety performance of the product and improve its quality, macro and micro observation, metallurgical structure inspection, ammonia test and ultrasonic inspection were carried out to analyze the failure brass cartridge and contrast parts, At the same time, the whole production process was investigated carefully. Finally, the real major cause of the cracking failure was founded. The results show that gas holes caused by the casting procedure may be the main reason for the product failure, and then reasonable suggestions were put forward to improve its quality and safety, such as strictly roasting material, increasing exhaust time, decreasing casting speed, and performing ultrasonic inspections, etc. After half a year' s tracking study, it is found that the production rate of the cast billet is significantly improved, and cartridge products with inner crack have not been found again by ultrasonic inspection.
