摘　　要：目的:观察Vitapex加光固化氢氧化钙在直接盖髓治疗中的临床效果。方法:选择龋穿髓或者意外穿髓患牙46个,随机分为两组:试验组,Vitapex糊剂注射于露髓处后再用光固化氢氧化钙垫底。对照组,Dycal氢氧化钙糊剂盖髓后垫底。充填治疗后6个月对两种方法的疗效进行评估。结果:试验组与对照组治疗效果一致,两种治疗方法成功率比较差异无统计学意义。结论:Vitapex加光固化氢氧化钙对意外穿髓的治疗效果理想,是直接盖髓的理想材料。Objective：To observe the curative effect of vitapex and light curing calcium hydroxide treatment in direct pulp capping. Method： 46 cases pulp exposure teeth caused by accident or caries treatment were selected,and randomly divided into two groups. In the experimental group Vitapex was used to cover pulp.In the antithetic group Dycal was used to cover pulp.Evaluate the efficacy of the two materials after treatment for 6 months. Results： After 6 months,the treatment success rate of the two materials was no statistically difference compared. Conclusion： Vitapex is an ideal material in direct pulp capping.
