德、美、澳、英职教师资在职培训的特点及启示

摘　　要：德、美、澳、英四国拥有较完善的职教师资职前职后培养体系,其在教师进修培训方面取得的丰富经验可为我国职教师资在职培训提供有益的启示:1.建立完善的职教师资在职培训体系;2.形成职教师资在职培训制度化;3.培训形式须灵活多样;4.培训内容要有针对性和实用性;5.尤其要重视职教师资的企业实践培训。There are well-developed pre-service and in-service training systems in Germany, America, Australia and England, whose abundant experience in in-service training gives great insight into China＇s CTE teachers. 1. proper in-service training systems for CTE teachers should be established; 2. the in-service training should be institutionalized; 3. the in-service training modes should be varied and flexible; 4. the training courses should be specific and practical; 5. practical training in businesses should be attached great importance to.
