摘  要:分析目前工程应用类专业毕业生进入工作岗位后存在上手慢、处理问题理想化、理论与实践脱节等现象的原因,提出在毕业设计过程中采取优化选题、交错进行毕业实习与设计、聘请工程设计导师等方法和措施加强对毕业生的工程师基本技能和素养的训练.这些措施的实施,既提高了工程应用类毕业设计的质量,同时也为该类毕业生尽快适应工作岗位提供帮助.There are some problems existing in the fresh graduates who major in those strongly applied engineering specialties, such as a half-step slow to adapt to new jobs, idealized problem addressing, alienation of theory from practice.In this article, the canses of those problems are analyzed.Then, some proposals are given to improve the quality of graduation design, such as optimization of subjeit selection, alternating between fieldwork and design, hiring an engineering tutor, etc. Sach measures can strengthen the basic skills and literacy for the fresh graduates. The implementation of these measures can not only improve the quality of graduation design, but also help them to adapt to their work as soon as possible.
