摘　　要：目的:探讨我院急性白血病初治患者的临床、治疗特点,分析我院白血病的治疗现状,以提高诊断水平和治疗效果。方法:对我院共收治的243例急性白血病初治患者的临床特征和治疗情况进行回顾性分析。结果:243例急性白血病患者中,接受化疗的完全缓解率为81.25%,3年累积生存率为(38.54±0.06)%。结论:我院化疗诱导完全缓解率与国内外报道持平,但因经济原因,放弃及中断治疗人数多,造血干细胞移植人数少,总体生存期短。Objective： To analyze clinical and treatment features of acute leukemia patients in our hospital. Methods： The clinical and treatment features of 243 acute leukemia patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results： The overall CR rate was 81.25%, the cumulative 3-year overall survival was （38.54 ±0.06） %. Conclusion： The CR rate in our hos- pital was flat with reports in China and abroad, but for economic reasons, the number of give-up or therapy discontinued patients is large. The OS of patients is short.
