摘　　要：针对目前助焊剂含有卤素、松香等问题,文章以丁二酸、苹果酸、松香醇、松香酸甘油脂、TX-10、无水乙醇、异丙醇等为原料,经过多次实验,最终获得无卤素无松香型免清洗助焊剂。该助焊剂不含卤素,绝缘性能好,无腐蚀性,性能非常优异,能够满足助焊剂的需求。After many experiments, the paper eventually gets the flux without halogen,rosin and clean, aiming at the problem such as flux containing halogen, rosin, based on Succinic acid, malic acid, sweet, rosin acid glycerides, TX-10, anhydrous ethanol and isopropyl alcohol. The performance and the insulation performance of the flux without halogen and rosin are very good. The flux can meet the needs of flux.
