摘 要:地下泵房对楼上住户的噪声影响可以远至10层楼,其振动和噪声治理难度大,效果不理想。文章以合肥市香樟雅苑小区为例,进行了减振和降噪实验研究,通过预测水泵机组系统空气声和固体声对楼上住户的影响,试图找出水泵振动与噪声对楼上住户室内噪声影响的比例关系;试验证明采取隔振措施后,居民家中噪声治理程度最好的结果只能达到应降噪量的80%-90%,必须通过声源降噪等措施解决10%-20%的降噪量;根据这种比例关系采取了振动、噪声的协同控制技术,对减振、消声、吸声和隔声系统进行了研究和设计,为地下泵房噪声的治理提供了一个新的理论和实践途径。The vibration and noise from underground pump room can spread as far as ten floors in a residential building, and the control result is not satisfactory. Taking Xiangzhangyayuan community as an example, which is a residential area in Hefei City, this paper tries to find the proportional relation- ship between pump noise and vibration which impact the upstairs residents. The effect of air and solid sound from underground pump system on the upstairs residents is predicted respectively, and the test on the vibration and noise reduction is also done. The results show that if the measures of vibration isolation are just taken, the best result about the noise control in resident's house can only be 80%- 90%. Measures must be taken to reduce the noise of sound source, then the rest of the noise can be reduced. According to this proportional relationship, the collaborative control technology of vibration and noise is introduced and the system of vibration isolation, noise elimination, sound absorption and insulation is researched and designed, which offers a new way to control the noise from underground pump room.
