摘 要:针对在木薯收获过程中必先将秸秆清理掉,而秸秆清理机械化程度低和人工清理成本高等问题,设计一种木薯茎秆切割铺放装置。此装置主要由双圆盘切割器、收割台的升降仿形装置和具有圆弧轨道和直线轨道的柔性夹持输送机构组成,能够实现将木薯茎秆从根部切割并夹持输送到一侧。双圆盘切割器的直径为200mm、厚度为4mm、齿数为30。收割台的升降仿形装置采用液压升降装置,割台升降采用单作用液压缸,可快速完成提升或下降动作。建立木薯茎秆夹持输送过程中的运动学模型,对木薯茎秆输送到达终点被抛出后质心的运动进行分析,为提高木薯茎秆铺放质量提供理论依据。The first thing in the process of cassava harvest is to eliminate the straw. For the low level of mechanization and the high labor costs for cassava stalks eliminated, a kind of cassava stalk cutting and windrowing device was designed. It was mainly composed of double disc cutter, lifting copying device of the header and flexible clamping and conveying mechanism which has a circular orbit and straight track. The cassava stalk can be cut from the roots and clamped and conveyed to one side. The diameter, the thickness of the double disc cutter and the teeth number were 200 mm, 4 mm and 30. The lifting copying device of the header adopted single action hydraulic cylinder which can quickly complete the action of rising or falling. The kinematics model in the process of cassava stalk clamped and conveyed was established and the movement of cassava stalk centroid was analyzed after being thrown out. It provided a theoretical basis to improve cassava stalk windrowing quality.
