摘　　要：设群G为有限群,称群G的子群H为Hall s-半嵌入子群,若对任意的素数p满足p||G|,只要(p,|H|)=1,就有H为〈H,P〉的Hall子群,其中P∈Syl_p(G).利用Hall s-半嵌入子群和极小子群得到有限群为p-幂零群的若干新判定方法.Let G be a finite group. A subgroup H of G is called a Hall s-semiembedded subgroup of G, if for any prime p with P ｜｜G｜, H is a Hall subgroup of （H,P）, where P is a Sylow p-subgroup of G with （p, ｜ H｜） =1. In this paper, it is obtained that some new results about the p-nilpotency of G under the assumptions that some minimal subgroups of G are Hall s-semiem- bedded in G.
