摘 要:七指蕨(Helminthostachys zeylanica)目前在我国仅零星分布于台湾、海南和云南的西双版纳,其种群数量日趋减少,已被列为国家二级重点保护植物.本研究从七指蕨的孢子萌发特性和光合特性2方面入手,探讨七指蕨可能的濒危机制,为七指蕨的保护和资源利用提供科学依据.结果显示:①七指蕨孢子萌发率极低,是导致其自然更新较弱的原因之一;②七指蕨与瓶尔小草(Ophioglossum vulgatum)等其他蕨类植物相比,光补偿点(LCP)接近,但七指蕨的光饱和点(LSP)和最大净光合速率(Pmax)处于较低水平.这一结果说明,七指蕨属于典型的阴生性植物,对光环境的适应范围较窄,强光下碳同化能力有限.森林植被的破坏导致光环境的改变,可能对七指蕨的生长、发育和繁殖造成巨大的威胁.因此,保护森林植被对于保护濒危植物七指蕨至关重要.Helminthostachys zeylanica, a rare and endangered plant, has a scattered distribution only in Taiwan, Hainan and Yunnan provinces. It was listed as a plant of second-class protection in The List of Chinese Urgently Protected Wild Plants. To explore the possibly endangerment mechanisms of H. zeylanica, spore germination rate and photosynthetic characteristics were investigated in this study. The results were as follows: (1)The spore germination rate of H. zeylanica was quite lower, which results in a relatively weak natural regeneration. (2)Compared with Ophioglossum vulgatum and other pteriodphytes, Helminthostachys zeylanicas showed a similar light compensation point (LCP) to them, but lower light saturation point (LSP) and the maximum net photosynthetic rate (Pmax). It suggested that H. zeylanica was a representative shade plant with a narrow light adaption scope and low carbon assimilation under high light. The destruction of forest vegetation led to changes in light environment,which caused a huge threat to the growth and reproduction of H. zeylanica. Therefore, the protection of forest ecological environment is essential to protect the endangered plant H. zeylanica.
